• Networking Service - $110 per hour

  Setting up the best network in your office can greatly improve your productivity and effectiveness.  We can help by providing the following services:

  • Analyze your networking needs
  • Determine the best type of network (wired, wireless, Ethernet over powerlines)
  • Provide a proposed configuration with cost estimates
  • Purchase network equipment
  • Install and configure the network
  • Provide training to users on network access and operation
  • Set up a backup system
  • Set up shared Internet access

•  On Site Technical Support  - $110 per hour

  Once the equipment is installed and working, it needs to be maintained. You may be faced with a device that no longer functions properly, a virus or an unexpected error. Affirmative Learning can help by providing the both telephone and on-site services in the following areas:

  • Troubleshoot existing PCs and printers
  • Troubleshoot network components
  • Remove viruses
  • Perform routing system maintenance
  • Check for proper operation of your backup system

• Telephone Technical Support  - $85 per hour

Using remote access software, many problems can now be resolved over the phone by connecting into the clients computer. This permits many issues to be addressed immediately and not require an on-site visit.
